Location, location, location! Of all apartments in Courchevel 1850 this luxury award winning apartment is situated in arguably the best location: the prestigious tree lined area of Jardin Alpin.

apartments in our building benefit from a drag lift to brings children and novices directly to the nursery slopes. They can ski back over a very easy green piste. Therefore the apartment is ideal for parents with children and beginner skiers.

  

For luxury shopping Louis Vuitton, Dior and the luxury Byblos Hotel shopping arcade shops are all literally around the corner. For the apartments a ski hire shop is located inside the building.

Our privately owned apartment is located in the same building as the well known 4* Deluxe Palace des Neiges Hotel. For a charge guest can enjoy the hotel’s facilities, like the swimming pool with a view over the slopes, sauna or room service. Or why not treat yourself to a relaxing massage in the spa?

The 62 m2 south facing apartment with lift is located on the 3rd floor (4 in total) and comfortably sleeps 6. It has two spacious bedrooms with ample storage space and two bathrooms.

Additionally there is a second spacious family bathroom with shower over bath and basin, a separate WC and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.

The lounge is decorated in warm colors has a sofa and very high quality double sofa bed (160 x 190), a large wooden dining table for family meals, a Bang & Olufsen flat screen TV with international TV channels (Sky), a DVD player, a selection of recent multi-lingual DVD’s, a Playstation 2 for the kids, complimentary WiFi broadband Internet access, board games and books.

The lounge benefits from a south-facing balcony and floor to ceiling glass windows offering stunning uninterrupted views of the mountain peaks and slopes. In the evening it offers a magical view of the flood lit threes surrounding the building!

On the lower ground floor there is a heated ski-room for guests of the apartments. From here you can ski out directly onto the slopes or walk 35 m. to the cable car.

Parking spaces in front of the building are free and widely available exclusievely for guests of the apartments.

Children are our most important guests. That’s why we have a Playstation 2 game console, a variety of board games for all ages, lots of children movies, Disney TV and even sledges for their enjoyment. For the youngest ones we can provide baby equipment and cots free of charge.

There are local British & French crèches with baby equipment and we can arrange private nannies too to give you some of that well earned relaxing time.
